* As comprised of completely natural materials it is environmentally friendly,
* Contains no material harmful to human health, asbestos free,
* Fire resistant (Al class fire resistant building material according to EN 13501-1),
* In case of fire there is no gas emission,
* Water resistant, water absorption ratio is lower than concrete buildings,
* Safely used in humid climates, very low reaction ratio against water (max. 0,5 mm/m when restored in water for 24 hours),
* Resistant against sea water moisture, so it can be used safely as external wall of seaside buildigs,
* Resistant against ultraviolet rays,
* Very good heat and sound insulation,
* Imperishable, if taken the proper care, it has theoretically everlasting lifetime,
* Durable do not need special care,
* Not affected by insects harmful to woods, not inhabitable for insects!,
* Can be painted with acrylic exterior paint and plastic based interior paint due to cement and silicate in its mixture,
* Warm and comfortable appearance because of the wooden effect, but physically more advantegeous than wood,
* Can be easily processed by hard wood tools,
* Economical because does not need plaster,
* Durable against strokes and beats,
* Light, can be easily handled (weight of 8 mm thick sheet is 10.4 kg/m2),
